We develop our real estate projects under the figure of management trust (Law No. 17,703), generally at cost (Decree No. 27/013), a proven legal instrument that provides security and versatility, particularly efficient to structure this kind of business, satisfying the needs of all parties involved.
Investors interested in participating in our projects have the possibility of entering the trust from the beginning (original settlors) or later (adherent settlors), committing themselves to make monetary contributions for the execution of the building, with the right to the award of a condominium unit when the construction process is completed (beneficiaries).
Doit desarrollos inmobiliarios was born in 2018 and since then it has become a multidisciplinary team with the objective of carrying out real estate developments in Uruguay, mainly in the interior of the country.
In addition to accompanying you throughout the process, we advise you and constantly inform you about the status of the project you have chosen, as well as any new developments that may arise.
